All you need to do to get access is registering an account at www.rrr.se.

Use pattern matching to extract Priority Changes, Group Assignments, etcetera from your current diary data.

This utility can also split your current diary entries into separate records that can be imported in a separate form.

You have to export an ARX-file with at least the Request ID field and the Diary field you want to work on.
