All you need to do to get access is registering an account at www.rrr.se.

This mini flashboards will give you graphical statistics showing how many tickets have been opened and closed over a period of time.

We have worked hard on getting a very simple and clean integration to your current application.

The only thing that RRR|Flash demand to work is one date/time-field that stores the closure time of your ticket. You can add more search criteria to show more specific statistics.

When you download RRR|Flash you will recieve a definition file that you can import straight into your system.

To call RRR|Flash, you simply make an active link that open RRR|Flash as a dialog box.

Performance has been optimized with caching, making sure that repeated searches are done only once.

The picture shows monthly statistics, but RRR|Flash also handles statistics by week, day or hour.
